Kenneth Field
DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL DINING
Ken joined IU Dining in 2021. His 30+ years in higher education dining and auxiliary services included leadership roles at Saint Joseph's College, Purdue University, Northwestern University, and University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Ken previously worked in restaurants and hotels, a foundation that provides a unique perspective on management of dining in a high-volume university setting, as well as the ability to build and manage budgets, and to create and train effective teams while prioritizing excellent customer service. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and an MBA at the Krannert School of Management, both from Purdue University.
