Menus and Nutrition

We provide a wide variety of nutritionally-balanced menu options for everyone and can accommodate your specific dietary needs.

Menus and NetNutrition

NetNutrition® is an online dietary tool that allows our customers to make educated food choices. You can also plan meals around your personal nutritional goals. Use our online tool to find nutritional information for items on our daily and standard menus.

IU Dining makes it a priority to provide the most accurate information to our customers. We want to hear from you! Please rate NetNutrition at One.IU to provide feedback on your online experience.

Allergies and Special Diets

College can present unexpected challenges to those with food allergies or special diet requirements. Our registered dietitian can help you maintain a healthy diet on campus by providing information and resources. Email the dietitian at nutrinfo@indiana.edu.

Common allergen information is posted at each location and printed on pre-packaged food labels. Information is also available online at NetNutrition®. The chef and manager at each location are also available to answer your questions. Below are the icons posted at locations to help you make the best food decisions for you.

In moderation, all foods fit into a balanced diet. Especially if you select nutrient-rich foods most often.

Look for the Eat Right icon(EatRight_Web_RGB.png), which highlights options on campus that include fiber-rich whole grains, fresh produce, healthy fats, and lean proteins.

Individuals with allergies and medical conditions are encouraged to work with a doctor or a registered dietitian to determine which foods are most appropriate for a personal, healthy, balanced diet.
