On Thursday, Dec. 4, don’t miss Light Up the Night, the annual lighting of the IMU candles, complete with a winter market, snacks and hot drinks, performances, and an ice-skating rink! The event is from 7 to 9 p.m. in the IMU Circle Drive and parking lot.
Special meals
Grubhub pickup is available for all three of the below; Quarry Pie also offers GrubHub delivery!
- Our pizza of the month at Quarry Pie is The GOAT, back by popular demand. It's a tomato sauce base with goat cheese crumbles, slivered onions, fresh arugula, and diced tomatoes, available in standard crust or cauliflower crust for the gluten sensitive.
The Vault is offering warming, holiday-inspired specials this month. Try the Baked Tortellini in Pumpkin Sauce and Fried Brussels Sprouts with Spicy Honey Balsamic Glaze—or join us in the IMU’s best kept secret for a final campus trivia night, tenderloin, and fries on a Thursday evening before you head out!- Whitfield Grill is offering a Black Bean Burger with a perfect flavor balance!
Bookmarket
- The Meltdown at Bookmarket is offering a mouth-watering vegetarian Shawarma Hummus Wrap, a tasty blend of hummus, tomatoes, pickled onions, cucumber, lettuce and tzatziki sauce wrapped in flatbread.
- King’s Hawaiian is serving up Torta De Milaneses, a chicken sandwich with avocado, spicy chipotle, pickled jalapeño, tomato, and shredded lettuce on a King’s Hawaiian Sweet Roll. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll come back for another.
O’Neill Cafe
The O’Neill School Cafe has more than delicious breakfast sandwiches and specialty espresso drinks. Come in out of the cold for a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich, a popular favorite with deli sliced chicken, bacon, cheddar, and ranch dressing on sourdough that’ll warm you from the inside.
December lattes
This month, sip the season with a minty Mistletoe Latte or an Eggnog Latte from participating campus cafes.
