Order food, coffee, snacks, and drinks from participating IU Bloomington dining locations using Grubhub. Choose pickup or robot delivery across campus.

Get started with Grubhub

On-campus GrubHub pickup

  1. Download the Grubhub app and create an account.
  2. Tap Account > Campus Dining > Find Your Campus > and select Indiana University Bloomington.
  3. Click Add Payment Method, which will automatically open your IU SSO login and Crimson Card.
    • Pay with CrimsonCash, credit or debit, or use your meal plan and pay with a Combo Meal or Dining Dollars. Please note that a credit or debit card must be added to cover the $3.50 delivery fee for meal plan orders.
    • All accounts must be linked to a credit or debit card.
  4. Choose Delivery or Pickup on the top right.
    • Delivery opens a dropdown menu of more than 60 campus locations. Please choose from the existing dropdown menu and do not enter an address in the search area.
  5. Place your order and follow the pickup or delivery instructions in the app.

Pickup 

Order ahead and pick up your meal at the restaurant. Please note that after two hours, unclaimed orders will be discarded. These orders are unsafe to consume and will not be refunded.

Robot delivery

Have your order delivered across the IU Bloomington campus by an autonomous robot for a $3.50 delivery fee.

    Select a participating IU Dining location in Grubhub. 
  2. Choose robot delivery
    Select robot delivery during checkout. 
  3. Track your robot
    Follow your robot in real time through the app. 
  4. Pick up your order
    Unlock the robot through Grubhub and grab your order.

Delivery cost  and payment options

Robot delivery costs $3.50 per order. No tipping is required.

You can pay with:

  • Combo Meal scans
  • Dining Dollars
  • CrimsonCash
  • Credit or debit card

If you use Combo Meal scans or Dining Dollars, a second payment method is required for the delivery fee.

Robots deliver across most of the IU Bloomington campus, including many residence halls, academic buildings, and outdoor spaces.
