Check out McNutt’s Free From IX expanding menu!
The Free From IX dining concept in McNutt Dining Hall has continued to evolve since its opening in September 2021. This space is certified AllerCheck through MenuTrinfo, requiring an annual audit to ensure precautions are in place to prevent cross-contact and ensure staff are trained. This program allows us to provide a safe dining experience with our reviewed recipes and ingredients. Chef Darren Worth and his sous chef team developed new additions to enhance variety among menu options for everyone to enjoy.

Made-to-Order Items—free of major nine allergens
- Build-your-own deli sandwich on allergen-free bread

The chicken and beef in Free From IX’s hot entrees are certified Halal; no pork, or ingredients with alcohol are used for this reason within this concept.
