You’ll find Chef Zak at Bookmarket and Read Eateries. From the competitive kitchens of “Chopped” to the bustling restaurant scene of NYC, he brings all sorts of exciting experiences to our dining locations. “I try to incorporate foods I make at home into what we do at IU,” he said.
