Allergen-friendly, residence hall-friendly overnight oats

Ingredients
- ½ cup gluten-free oats
- ¾ cup oat milk (or other favorite milk or milk substitute)
- ¾ tablespoons maple syrup, agave, or honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax meal (optional, but recommended)
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in small glass bowl or jar.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
3. Enjoy plain or add toppings (see below for ideas)!
Shelf life is four or five days.
