You asked, we answered. Greek yogurt is now available for breakfast in two campus locations: Read Hall and the breakfast buffet at *The Mix in the IMU from 7 to 10 a.m. daily, including weekends.

Just one serving (about ¾ cup) of Greek yogurt contains 20 GRAMS OF PROTEIN and 529 mg of calcium—41 percent of your recommended daily allowance.

*The Mix is the IMU salad buffet near the bookstore, across from The Globe. Breakfast includes coffee, assorted pastries, bagels, fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, home fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and oatmeal.

Not to brag, but ...

IU Dining, in partnership with IU Sustainability, was awarded a grant for a new food dehydrator from OnSite Waste Solutions. The dehydrator, which will be housed at McNutt Quad Dining Hall, and will help reduce on-site food waste by approximately 90 percent. This helps divert food waste from the landfill, where it generates harmful greenhouse gas emissions, and supports IU’s Climate Action Plan.
