New sauces at The Globe

Our Globe partners Taste of India and Amrit India (owned by the same family) are now serving additional sauces at their on-campus locations.

• The Spicy Ginger Garlic Chile Sauce offers a bold, spicy kick perfect for appetizers or for adding heat to main dishes such as biryani and curries. Ingredients: Fresh ginger, garlic, and red chiles, oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce (optional), salt.
• The Onion Chutney is tangy and mildly spicy, blending finely chopped onions with a flavorful spice blend and a touch of jaggery (dried sugarcane or palm sap) or sugar for sweetness. It’s a versatile accompaniment, commonly served with dosas, idlis, naan (bread) or papadums. Ingredients: Onions, red chili powder, mustard seeds, tamarind, jaggery or sugar, salt, curry leaves, oil.
