Quarry Pie in the IMU now serves *gluten-friendly individual pizzas upon request. Use a meal scan for a personal pizza and drink! Vegan cheese is also available.
*Prepared in different ovens than the flour-based pizzas, but in the same kitchen. Individuals who may react to air borne gluten particles should contact our dietitians at nutrinfo@iu.edu with further questions.
This Halloween, be an allergy-friend, not an allergy fiend! The Teal Pumpkin Project encourages participants to share fun, non-food items instead of (or in addition to) sweets. Just indicate your participation with a teal-painted pumpkin or printout.
One in 13 children live with food allergies, while many others are impacted by intolerances and other digestive conditions. Their families will thank you, and your participation will help raise awareness.
All are welcome to join the Teal Pumpkin Trick-or-Treat Trail from 2 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 19 at 2420 E. 3rd St. (First United Church).
